CTRmaxxing affiliate program terms.

01The program

The CTRmaxxing affiliate program is operated by Swami Shriji Krupa LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as CTRmaxxing ("CTRmaxxing", "we", "us"). The program pays you a commission when people you refer become paying CTRmaxxing subscribers.

These terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and us for the program. By applying, you accept them. If you promote CTRmaxxing on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

02Applying and eligibility

• We review every application by hand and approve or decline at our discretion. We do not have to give a reason.
• You must be at least 18 and able to receive payouts through Stripe in a country our payout rail supports. The application form lists the supported countries.
• The information in your application must be accurate, and the audience you list must actually be yours.
• One affiliate account per person or business. We may re-verify eligibility at any time.

03Referrals and tracking

When you are approved you get a personal referral link. A person counts as your referral when they follow your link and start a paid subscription within the 90-day attribution window (last click wins). Tracking runs through our affiliate platform, and we resolve attribution questions in good faith based on its records.

If tracking is unavailable, blocked, or manipulated, we may decline attribution. We do not retroactively credit referrals that our tracking did not record.

04Commission

• Your commission is 20% of the subscription charge we actually receive from a referred customer, before taxes and fees.
• Commission runs for up to 12 months, counted from the referred customer's first paid subscription charge. The 12-month window is a cap, not a guarantee: commission for a customer always ends when the window ends or when their paid subscription ends, whichever comes first.
• If a referred customer upgrades or downgrades, your commission follows the amount they are actually charged after the change.

05What does not earn commission

• One-time credit top-ups. Commission applies to subscription charges only, never to top-up purchases, regardless of who referred the customer.
• Any non-subscription purchase or fee.
• Your own subscription, or a subscription bought by your household, your employees, or a business you control. Self-referrals are a breach of these terms.
• Charges that are refunded, disputed, or never clear.

06Cancellation ends commission permanently

If a referred customer cancels their subscription or lets it lapse, commission for that customer stops. If the same customer later resubscribes, commission does not resume, even if fewer than 12 months have passed. Once commission ends for a customer, it ends permanently.

A failed payment that our billing retries and recovers within the same subscription does not count as a cancellation.

07Cleared payments, refunds, and clawbacks

Commission accrues only on cleared payments. New commissions are held for approximately 30 days before they become payable, which covers the period when refunds and disputes are most likely.

If a charge is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is deducted, including after it was paid. Deductions offset your future commissions first; if your balance cannot cover them, we may invoice you for the difference and you agree to repay it.

08Payouts

• Payouts run monthly, in arrears: commissions that clear in one month are paid out the following month.
• The minimum payout is $50. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month and are not forfeited.
• Payouts are made exclusively through Stripe. Before your first payout you must complete Stripe's onboarding for payout accounts, which verifies your identity and collects your bank details directly. We never see or store your bank information.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details current. If a payout fails or goes unclaimed because your details are wrong or incomplete, the balance is held until you fix them.

09Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes on program earnings. Before your first payout, US persons must provide a Form W-9 and non-US persons a Form W-8BEN, collected through the Stripe onboarding flow. We file information returns where the law requires. Nothing in the program is tax advice.

10Conduct rules

These rules exist to keep the program compliant and honest. Breaking any of them is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

• Disclose the relationship. Every promotion must carry a clear, conspicuous disclosure that you earn a commission, placed where your audience will see it before they click, consistent with the FTC's endorsement rules and any local equivalent.
• No income or earnings claims. You may not state or imply how much money anyone will or could make with CTRmaxxing or with this program. This includes screenshots, projections, hypotheticals, and "results" framing. If you want to reference any figure, get our written approval first.
• No bidding on our brand. You may not bid on CTRmaxxing or its misspellings or variations in any paid search or ad platform, and you may not direct paid brand traffic to your link.
• No coupon, deal, or discount sites. Listing your link or any code on them is a breach.
• No self-referrals, no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no incentivized signups, no spam. Follow every applicable law when you promote, including email and messaging rules.
• Be truthful about the product and about who you are. You are an independent affiliate, and you may not present yourself as us, as our employee, or as our agent.

We may review your promotions at any time. If we ask you to correct or remove content that violates these rules, you must do so within 24 hours.

11Trademarks and brand use

While you are in the program you have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the CTRmaxxing name and logo solely to promote CTRmaxxing under these terms. You may not register or use CTRmaxxing, or anything confusingly similar to it, in a domain name, subdomain, social media handle, username, channel name, or app name. The license ends when your participation ends.

12Changes, suspension, and termination

• We may change these terms or the program, including the commission rate, with notice to you. Changes apply prospectively: they affect commissions earned after the change, never commissions you have already earned.
• You can leave the program at any time by telling us. We can suspend or end your participation at any time; if we end it without a breach on your part, we pay out your accrued, cleared commissions in the normal payout cycle.
• If we terminate for a breach of these terms, your unpaid commission may be forfeited.
• If the program shuts down entirely, accrued, cleared commissions are honored.

13Relationship

You are an independent contractor. The program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

14Liability

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the program, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the program is capped at the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You are responsible for your own promotions, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from promotional content you create or from your breach of these terms.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
